These awards aim to increase the awareness of the Spanish industrial fabric regarding digital transformation and are an excellent way for the identification, dissemination and recognition of successful Industry 4.0 projects.

In addition to hosting the awards ceremony, the 4th Connected Industry 4.0 Congress, which runs until tomorrow, will serve to discuss the leading role that industry has gained in the economic recovery, the state of the art of industrial companies and the latest developments in the aid and funding programmes of the National Connected Industry 4.0 Strategy, deployed by the General Secretariat for Industry and SMEs.

Under the slogan "Revitalising digitisation in the post-covid industry", this year’s guest country of the event is France. Also, there is a large corporate and institutional delegation led by the Spanish Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Reyes Maroto, and the Secretary General for Industry and SMEs, Raül Blanco.

The event aims to provide first-hand knowledge of the success stories of several companies. The latter will also participate in the round tables dealing with entrepreneurship, project financing and industrial digitalisation programmes.
