Technology and Research Centre that specialises in industrial production and manufacturing technologies.
Our clients place their trust in IDEKO because we combine deep technological expertise, extensive industrial experience and a robust management approach focused on delivering real value. This commitment is backed by internationally recognised certifications that ensure quality, innovation and information security across everything we do.
IDEKO has long been a pioneer in quality management. In 1996, we became the first Technology Centre in Spain to achieve ISO 9001 certification across all our areas of activity. Today, we continue to strengthen this commitment through internationally recognised standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 56001 for Innovation Management and ISO 27001 for Information Security Management.
These certifications represent far more than compliance with international standards. They reflect the way we work: delivering reliable solutions, creating lasting value for our customers and continuously striving for excellence.
Thanks to the excellent development of our research activity in manufacturing and industrial production technologies, and the related transfer of results in the form of Industrial innovation, the various Public Administrations have awarded IK4-IDEKO with the registrations that accredit it as a Technology Centre for all purposes.

IDEKO has received the "HR Excellence in Research" recognition from the European Commission, which acknowledges its commitment to the Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment (OTM-R) of researchers.
This recognition not only ensures fair and equitable selection processes but also promotes international mobility, professional development, and equal opportunities among researchers.
As part of its commitment to excellence in people management, IDEKO joined the principles set out in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct in 2024. These documents include 40 principles structured around four key areas: 1) Ethical and professional aspects, 2) Recruitment and selection, 3) Working conditions, and 4) Training and development.
As part of the process, IDEKO carried out an internal assessment to analyse how well its people management policies align with these principles. This analysis, known as a GAP Analysis, allowed the organisation to identify areas for improvement and define concrete actions to address them.
As a result of this work, two strategic documents have been developed: the OTM-R Plan and the Action Plan, which outline the roadmap for advancing towards a fairer, more competitive, and internationally attractive research environment.
