  • The agreement intensifies the cooperation of the entity with ALDAKIN and reinforces its commitment to the transfer of technology to the industrial fabri

The Basque research centre specialising in advanced manufacture, has incorporated the ALDAKIN group into its network of collaborating companies. It is one of the leading companies in the development of robotic solutions and automation in the manufacturing industry.

Thanks to this agreement, signed by IDEKO's managing director, Nerea Aranguren, and ALDAKIN's R&D director, Ibai Inciarte, the Basque centre will become the benchmark technology partner of the group and will guide it in drawing up and developing its R&D&i plan.

The collaboration between both entities extends to the field of continuous technological consultancy and the transfer of the latest technological advances developed by IDEKO relevant to ALDAKIN's industrial activity.

“This new strategic agreement strengthens IDEKO's commitment to competitiveness and business development and reaffirms our desire to maintain the transfer of knowledge and technology to the industrial fabric of our environment," explains IDEKO's managing director, Nerea Aranguren.

Manufacturing industry

ALDAKIN has more than 30 years of experience in the design and development of integral automation solutions for the manufacturing industry. The group, with offices in Navarre, Álava and Gipuzkoa, has extensive expertise in industrial and collaborative robotics, and specialises in the automation of industrial processes using artificial vision (2D and 3D). ALDAKIN offers integral turnkey solutions that range from the design of processes and solutions to installation and maintenance of industrial systems.

Through this collaboration agreement, IDEKO will provide ALDAKIN with the technological advice it needs to enable the Navarre group to deploy its R&D&i strategy with the help of a specialised and highly qualified technical team that will guide it in responding to the challenges of the sector.

The research centre will also make its state-of-the-art facilities and equipment available to the group to test and develop new projects and solutions, within its Research and Development strategy.

Co-branding and staff transfer

Finally, the agreement signed between the two will be extended to the brand image and human capital. On the one hand, ALDAKIN will be able to associate its brand with that of IDEKO to strengthen its image and show the strategic collaboration between the two in the specialised fields in which it is involved. And on the other hand, the group will have preferential information on the research staff trained at the heart of the technology centre, in order to be able to opt for their recruitment on a preferential basis, whether this is a planned transfer of staff with specific training, or by attracting people who are completing their training at IDEKO with grants, end-of-degree projects and end of master's or doctoral studies.
