The ultimate goal of this project is to obtain strategic information and pass it on to the decision-making level continuously and orderly with the aim of:

The idea is to dispose of an early warning system

The idea is to dispose of an early warning system that like a radar sweep tracks all individual efforts which then are steered towards one fundamental common strategic goal for the company.

The Strategic Information Service (SIS) is a corporate platform (coordinated from the Corporate Centre) for providing strategic information to the following beneficiaries:
•Members of the Management Corporate Bodies (Standing Committee, Industry Council, the General Council, the Steering Committee of the Corporate Centre).
•Competitive Intelligence Systems of the divisions/cooperatives or similar.
