INNGUMA is a tool to create intelligence for organisations through monitoring its competitive environment.

INNGUMA is a tool to create intelligence for organisations through monitoring its competitive environment. There are many features available to span the whole competitive intelligence cycle and ensure efficiency of the system. Is a cloud-based solution, so all that is needed is a device connected to the Internet (computer, tablet, mobile), a user name and password.

RESULTS

INNGUMA has more than 2000 active users among which are organisations such as Orona Corporación Patricio Echeverria, Alcorta Forging Group, CAF, Tecnalia, ULMA PTC and the Mondragon Corporation.

APPLICATIONS

INNGUMA can be used to monitor any web page (competitors, magazines, blogs, associations), patent databases, standards or scientific articles, social networks, search engines or tenders.
In addition, the INNGUMA unit helps organisations to implement Competitive Intelligence by providing support in defining the strategy, selecting critical surveillance factors, designing surveillance networks, selection and training of participants or measuring of the obtained results.

EQUIPMENT

INNGUMA collaborates with different partners to facilitate the implementation of the tool in different geographical areas. Thus, to respond to the needs of customers from Central and South America, we work together with BIMIND consultants, located in Chile, who have extensive experience in all kinds of consulting in innovation and intellectual property management. In addition, INNGUMA has a collaboration plan for universities that offers students the possibility to work with the tool and to further develop initiatives in the University of Mondragon, the University of Deusto and the University of the Basque Country.
