The Organisation

IK4-Ideko has an organisational model aimed at increasing the transfer of research results to the market.

Our organisation is supported by two technical departments: the technology research and development department where our lines of research are developed, and the technology innovation and exploitation department, where we analyse the current and future needs of our customers, and we identify opportunities and transfer the results of our research activity into value and competitive difference.

The third department, Organisation and Development, focuses in on the managements of our main assets, the people. We are committed to the recruitment and nurturing of talent and we support the professional development of our workforce through ambitious training plans aligned with the centre's specialisation. Furthermore, the Organisation and Development department is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire organisation.
