The goal of this project was the diagnosis, design, customisation and implementation of a Competitive Intelligence unit

The goal of this project was the diagnosis, design, customisation and implementation of a Competitive Intelligence unit in Corporación Patricio Echeverría company. This large corporation is present in over 120 countries, with several trademarks and thousands of product references.

THE SOLUTION

At present, this corporation has a Competitive Intelligence Unit that supports them in the decision-making process at a product, market and technology level

At present, this corporation has a Competitive Intelligence Unit that supports them in the decision-making process at a product, market and technology level. In this Unit, multidisciplinary technical analysts from various departments of the Corporation participate to obtain information from all business areas.

RESULTS

The outcome of the project implemented and consolidated by the Competitive Intelligence Unit developed entirely by staff from the Corporation has been its full consolidation as a key tool in the decision-making process
